Losing weight is not the same for everyone. Results varies from person to person; it depends on individual adherence to our weight loss plan.
Patients will undergo a thorough medical history assessment, behavioral assessment, laboratory work, and EKG to help determine the best treatment plan to manage and sustain weight loss. Patients who have had recent physical exams, EKG, laboratory tests with their primary care providers will be expected to provide a copy of their test results to us.
